I’m glad you found my website! I’m Rebecca Daniels. I am a personal and group fitness trainer, realtor, and all-around health enthusiast.
My passion is motivating others to be the best version of themselves through exercise and self-care—mind, body and soul.
I have been a trainer in some of the most prestigious gyms in Michigan for the past 30 years and offer online Zoom classes. Most of my classes are streamed live using Zoom, and a video library is accessible when choosing one of two workout options!

The Jamie Daniels Foundation
A portion of all proceeds from Train at Home with Rebecca is given to the Jamie Daniels Foundation.
The Jamie Daniels Foundation supports individuals and families who are struggling with addiction by providing the education, resources, professional guidance, and support they need to make recovery possible.
My husband, Ken Daniels, is the Detroit Red Wings Play-by-Play Announcer and loving father. He and his family have established the Jamie Daniels Foundation in honor of his late son, Jamie, who died from an overdose at the age of 23 while receiving treatment for addiction.
We believe that when people have access to the best knowledge, resources, and care, they can put their lives back together and become stronger than they’ve ever been. Please learn more by clicking the link below.

I believe this message is equally as important. Now is the time for us to stay focused, stay fit, and have fun. It is imperative for all of us to practice excellent self-care at this time.
My goal has been to create a very relaxing, fun, vibrant, and motivating ZOOM fitness training space where we can navigate and weather this storm together.
It is because of your positive feedback and increased demand for more flexible online training classes (thanks to all of you have been joining me each week!) that we have expanded our fitness training offerings so more people can join us.
