Virtual Workouts At Home

It's not always realistic to go to a gym every day.

However, it is realistic for us to squeeze in 30- to 60-minutes out of every day to focus on our health. And here’s the really cool part! If you can’t join me at the time of my livestreams (Mon-Wed-Fri with occasional bonus classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays), I also upload videos in my Video Library (password protected) so you can work out any time that fits your schedule!

My classes are suitable for all fitness levelsbeginner, intermediate and advanced and include people from all different age groups, shapes and sizes. 

I am not your typical online personal and group fitness trainer. My classes are from your home to mine. NO flashy lights, camera and action. Just me and a simple video camera, doing what I have done for the past 30 years WITH you!   

You will discover very quickly that my virtual studio is a place to relax and begin your day. You can choose to have your Zoom camera on or off. You can even come in jammies, and you can do each class at your OWN pace.

Please consider joining our laid-back, fun, supportive, and results-oriented ZOOM workouts from the comfort of your own home! Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever to keep our bodies healthy, while being plugged into a community of people who have the same or similar goals as you do.  I also invite guest instructors on occasion to make it even more fun! 

We need each other.

After the pandemic gained traction in March of 2020 around the world, gyms closed in the United States. What I discovered about myself during that time was a bit surprising.

It became difficult to remain disciplined and stay focused during my own daily exercise routines. Yes, ME! Can you believe it? I've taught fitness classes for 30 years at some of the top gyms in the U.S. and even I had a tough time staying motivated.

Social distancing meant that if I and my clients were going to stay fit and healthy, we needed each other. Consequently, I began to livestream my 30- and 60-minutes exercise classes Monday-Wed-Friday. And guess what happened? For a myriad of reasons, we agreed that we wanted to continue classes from the convenience of our own homes, even after any gyms opened back up!

Let's Reach New Heights Together

These can be challenging times, but as a personal trainer, I am more motivated than ever to focus on the things I can change versus those that I cannot.

Despite social distancing, wearing masks when we are in public, and the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, we can pivot, adapt, modify, and work toward becoming a better “us.” I dearly love everyone who is joining me on this important mission of practicing excellent self-care through our ZOOM classes every week.
